Lets say I spend in Nov Dec Jan, so in which quarter I will get these benfits?

As far as I know the quarters are fixed. Apr - Jun, July - Sept and so on. Si would need to spend from Oct - Dec for the tiers to apply from Jan - March.

But this is all in theory and from what I've been told by their credit card team. Waiting for diamond tier to apply on my account and will know in practice then.

When do reward points get added to the account? is it after 3-4 days of transaction or after the statement is generated?

Also, can we use it to pay for insurance? MCC accepted for reward points?

Statement generation. Limit of 2000 reward points for insurance payments per day. Aka 66k per day.

Update: Diamond tier went live for me, haven't received the promised vouchers yet, and no way to claim them from the portal right now either; but gift voucher redemption is showing 1:1 for all vouchers now. Priority pass is not updated for intl lounge visits, and no way to check domestic lounge ka number of visits, but will update this thread when I get info or the milestone vouchers for diamond tier.

Update: Working on BMS ka Visa Infinite offer too, was able to use it yesterday. This was previously not working as BIN was not added to their list.
