Escalation Matrix for HDFC Bank CC

Hello everyone, I applied for a DCB card under the Alumni route but was denied. The person handling the DCB relationship in Pune is not responding. Can you please help me get the escalation matrix so I can raise it to the higher authority to get the resolution?

but if your request was denied because of failing to meet income eligibility criteria, even these escalations won't help you much.

They didn't share the reason.

We wish to inform you that your application reference number XXXX has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

Suppose i request L1 to convert card from paid to LTF and if denied should i forward same mail to L2, L3 and so on OR do i have to draft some different convincing narration every time for each of L2, L3 and L4.

I feel if request is refused at L1 most likely L2 and so on will follow the same, unless ingredients of the mail changes.

Hope my query is clear, please enlight.

I sent the same mail to L4 they convert my millennia cc to ltf
