Please provide email escalation matrix for ICICI Bank

I raised my concern regarding the hpcl rupay super saver credit card. But i haven't received any single response from any of them headservicequality@icicibank.com,pno@icicibank.com,senior.management@icicibank.com

Tweet them scathingly with any SR no. or go to RBI and they will definitely respond.
