Eterna application rejection

Hi,

Did anyone else got their application rejected with the reason "Address Not Traceable"? BoB decided to reject my application and after some to and fro they said the reason being "Address Not Traceable". I have been living at this address for almost 30 years now. Maybe the agent was lazy and decided to give some BS reason instead of actually visiting the place? The agent did not bother to call/SMS/email me when he/she was not able to "trace" the address. Is there a way I can escalate this and get them to consider my application again? I have written to the below escalation matrix but I don't have hope that they would be of any help. Is there some other way?

Avoid Eterna bro. I got mine just last week. Luckily I was able to make it first year free with this month's rent pay(FYF - 25k within 60days). Added a reminder to close this card before renewal next year 😅.

With the new devaluation its dead now.
