TF Premier
Hi Everyone I mailed bob regarding upgrade to eterna as my premier rupay (LTF) is more than 6 months old. They replied back stating that eterna cannot be LTF and it has annual charges they also shared a form if I wish to upgrade my card to paid eterna. But surprisingly the form has a column of LTF scheme for all cards of bob so I am confused if I fill the form and tick on LTF will I get Eterna LTF or not as I do not want to lose my LTF premier rupay card. I ma attaching the form here, it would be great if anybody from the community could help me out.

In the same form read the terms and conditions.

Eterna credit card will be offered as priced card i.e. joining fee & Annual fee will be applicable to all customers. On all other 5X Credit cards same pricing as that of your existing Bank of Baroda/Bobcards credit card will be applicable.

LTF might not be processed for Eterna even if you select LTF.

In 1st in TNC it’s clearly mentioned Eterna is a priced card , it won’t get processed as LTF automatically
You will need to escalate if you wish to convert eterna to ltf
