This is common practice by canara. They have clearly mentioned this. And many members have reported this.

Bank ka galti se galat debit card issue hua tha isliye hotlisting charges reverse karne ki bat Hui hai .
Ye normal case hai to hotlisting charges to lagega hi aur reversal ke liye kya reason doge ?
