I have previously generated my Experian score from Experian website
Also from onescore app.
But when I try to update my Experian score in may 2024 , Experian website is not showing any Experian score. Showing this error (screenshot) :
"No credit score found!
We regret to inform you that presently we do not have any records of your credit information submitted by our member banks / financial institutions"
Also error in onescore app.
But I can generate my Experian Score from Experian WhatsApp easily. I can also generate my Experian score from their dispute page but unable to login in Experian website as it is showing "no credit score found".
Lol. I am now clueless what's the issue here.
Upon raising dispute via email , Experian told generic reply :
"It is pertinent to note that it generally takes around 30 days for your latest repayment to reflect in your credit report."
HOW TO FIX THIS NOW?
I have one year old credit history & 2 credit cards already so was able to generate my Experian score in past.
whats the problem here ?
