cause of infinia issued recently hdfc probably won't issue bizblack via floater nor new application wait for 90days and apply via same method. Just ask sale person they might give to you separately on the basis on ITR only.

Yes I am aware of that however in the mail given by the grievance time apparently they have granted me special permission. I have also received a sms stating that.

Don’t think floater has such requirements but you can try mailing them your ITR and explain why you need the card.
