Expiry of Cheq Coins

I have around 19800+ Cheq coins and I thought of closing cheq app once I reach 20,000 and redeem for some amazon voucher for 1 coin = 0.1. Suddenly I have noticed that my coins got decreased. I have mailed customer care and the reply is that" some points got expired". There is no way, we can the expiry of cheq coins in the IOS App of Cheq. I have tweeted in X. Any help in this welcomed. Here I am attaching the screenshot of the customer care reply in mail.

One more suggestion don't buy Amazon or Flipkart vouchers better go for some other brands for better returns

No minimum requirement but need to have sufficient to buy the desired Voucher amount
