I bought ₹2000 IOCL voucher from Park+ using Platinum Travel and see ₹75 charge on the card afterwards. That’s like 3.75%.
Any idea why is this charged?

For me voucher is not generated and refunded both times, how did you got it?

Just selected the voucher, entered card details and it was done. The voucher was showing there.
