F*ck Flipkart and its dynamic charges

I made a purchase from Flipkart today for a Moto G96. Flipkart had its usual "Protect Promise Fee" of Rs.79, "Offer & Payment Handling Fee" of Rs.129.

But when I switched the payment mode from a normal credit card to Flipkart Axis card, "Offer & Payment Handling Fee" got increased by Rs.50 to Rs.179. All for just the privilege to use Flipkart Axis credit card. What more, the breakup for "Offer & Payment Handling Fee" is hidden as a link fooling normal customers.

The promise of 5% cashback in Axis bank sites already hang on a thread since I need to pay a constant "Offer & Payment Handling Fee" on Flipkart whenever I make a purchase, thereby effectively reducing the cashback.

I'll be raising both these issues to National Consumer Forum as an anti-consumer behavior against Flipkart and I strongly urge everyone to do the same. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes to raise a complaint.

Even Amazon adopted this practice, unless our useless Govt Consumer Forums passes any big restrictions or big fine on big player these companies will loot consumers as per their wish and not refunding few money after order cancellation.

All of the online shopping, food delivery, grocery delivery companies are charging these fees and on top of that GST on each fee

Yes, this is reported multiple times. From customer's point of view the product is still at a discount compared to other platforms.
That doesn't mean Flipkart can levy irrelevant fees on the order.

They will close the complaint in 5 mins. There's no option to escalate or re open the case.

The real issue in India is that we don’t often complain about these kinds of frauds. There are also issues with how authorities and the government handle these cases too.
1. In European nations and the USA, people can easily return their electronics for a refund. However, in India, there is no such option. Additionally, Europe offers a two-year warranty, which is not available here.
2. This is not the only problem. In the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food sectors, companies often alter or change the original composition of their products. This means that the same brand and product can have a different composition in different countries, especially in underdeveloped nations.

What I think is even if we raise a complaint thers no proper system to view and work on that complaint. NCH forwards the complaint to the company. Company says we are unable to validate your claims and replies to NCH that we've replied to the complainant. Case closed.

If this is how it works then even raising complaint won't help in any case. I've stopped complaining about Swiggy for wrong food or damages or any kind of complaint and reduced my orders as well if there's a very good offer or something urgent or if I'm in a situation where I can't go and bring the food directly then I order it keeping one thing in my mind that whatever happens I don't have to complaint as there's no one listening on the other end. It's just AI or IVR.

There is. The next course of action is consumer court directly or e-Daakhil portal. Giving 5% cashback on Flipkart Axis card is not an offer, they are bound by terms & conditions to do it. Classifying it as an "offer" in and of itself to levy additional charges, would constitute to malpractice. We just need to make more noise to be heard.

I rarely order from food apps these days. Most of them have no complaint redressal. Better to eat khakhra at home instead.

Just raise the concern with grievance mail id of Flipkart (they will tell the fee is non -refundable , but try). Along with that raise the complaint in X platform. Push them hard to reverse the charge in Flipkart gift card. Request, request them finally inform them I am going to escalate to National consumer court for the same. They reversed the charge of 300 out of 404 rupees for a iphone purchase. Twitter platform will work
