I have pepper money prepaid card. I used it for 2-3 months. The app started having crazy downtimes. Now it doesn't show me my virtual card nor the physical card is working.
My money is stuck and I emailed customer care but they don't reply neither a ticket is raised from their side. Any possible solutions for this??
