My brother had an ICICI Savings Account that he closed a year ago.
Recently, he received a pre-approved offer for an ICICI Rubyx Dual Variant credit card, and the card has been delivered.
However, when we try to link it to mobile banking, it immediately asks for authentication using the account details or debit card, which were associated with the closed account.
We also tried using his old net banking User ID and password, but nothing is displayed.
How can we access the card details on iMobile and net banking?
Will ICICI provide a new Customer ID or User ID for this card?
We have tried all possible methods, but nothing has worked so far. Even WhatsApp couldn’t fetch the credit card details, and the registered mobile number remains the same.
