Facing issues fetching WBSEDCL electric bills through Gpay/Phonepe/Apay

Anyone faced issues while fetching WBSEDCL electric bill through Gpay/Phonepe/Amazon Pay with an error message of something like "User account is blocked/suspended/deleted" ?
Any solution for this?

Hi! Not related questions. But can you Pay Monthly Electricity bill of wbsedcl from GPay? Earlier I could pay monthly bill but now only quarterly Bill available

Monthly Bill Payment isn't supported in Amazon Pay? Right? Earlier Gpay had the functionality to pay Monthly Billpayment. Now it's gone. (Specific for WBSEDCL)

this particular problem comes if you check your bill more than 3times in a day from any 3rd party app.
Wbsedcl doesn't allow checking bill more than 3times per day.
