Facing some issue in HDFC Smart Buy portal instant voucher purchase.

Hi, I am trying to get a flipkart voucher from gyftr using my HDFC moneyback credit card but my transaction is failing again and again. (it was working 3 weeks back)
Because of this I end up using my debit card for purchasing the flipkart voucher.

Anyone else facing this issue?

Also I have applied for Diners Black last week. Does this upgrade application has anything to do with this?

I'm able to buy other gift voucher(swiggy) but not Flipkart.

Yes, diners cards are facing issues while purchasing Amazon vouchers in Smartbuy... My wife's diners black card also having same issues with Amazon vouchers on smartbuy...
I am able to purchase amazon vouchers from smartbuy using my Infinia card...

Amex had already removed that. I think it's now HDFC's turn.

Might be true... But if they wanted to remove it, then it should have been removed on 1st September itself... But Amazon vouchers are still there on smartbuy and I am able to purchase them...

not yet, they keep saying it is resolved from their end. still not able to purchase amazon GV.

As Churn was able to do it, you should re-login and try it once again.

Once I had bought GV through my debit card instead of CC when this error was coming.
Settled for 5% CB instead of those accelerated RPs .
And this Amazon GV has some convenience fees and doesn't feel like its that worth it (except for DCB and infinia)
