The property will have a soft opening in January 2025 and will be open for normal reservations from February 2025. Owners have spent insane amounts on quality materials. Overall theme is 1920s art deco/newyork elegance. Most of the rooms have excellent views of the airport (through the thick bullet proof glass windows). The front side of the property will be Fairmont and a section of the NorthEast side at the rear will be a first of it's kind Accor brand property that will open later in 2025.
