false commitment by bank manager

Hi all,

i currently hold apay icici card wit 5L limit. one of Icici bank branch manager in surat city visited to my office & committed that if i open My firm's current account with their bank then he will provide my sapphiro for lifetime free. Now its been around 10-11 months since i've opened account but he is not providing what he committed. I have filed a complaint against icici bank/bank manager. He came to visit me with an application form & told me to withdraw my complaint. What should i do now. Should i keep fighting or withdraw my complaint against his false commitments? Please find attached images

Close firm current ac and move hdfc or Axis or kotak then they will know.

Nowadays, icici is being an arrogant bank of india. Even on an average icici bank is being on news saying bank employer voluntarily scamming the people ..........

Once their private banking customers decreases then the matter will be settled and icici will be on knees.
