Family Banking for IPO applications

Hello i want to ask that In which bank ,banks give minor account a netbanking access for ipo asba application.
I wanted to open full family account
Father,mother, child ,and their huf account in one single bank which will be most suitable for online net banking asba application without keeping much balance in the bank.
Any suggestion please give

For ipo I generally look for a bank which let's me use same mobile number and email address for all the accounts and also gives good rate of interest on savings balance. Till now rbl if you have above 10 accounts and au if you have under 10 accounts.
