1. which app is allowing fastag recharge with cc without extra charges?
2. Which cc is best for recharge?

I assume that processing fee will be levied across all credit cards.
Use co-branded fue CC like IDFC first power plus CC (and you need to have idfc fast tag) to earn better reward points on these transactions.
Or if you just do not want to pay the additional fee and if you don't care much about rewards, try making payments via UPI with Rupay CC.
