Fbb styleup reward redemption

I have fbb styleup card and have reward points of 5000 . Can I redeem against cash in card account statement. I wrote to cc and reply that I can redeem as fbb gift voucher only.. there is no fbb outlet available to use..


Can I change the card to other variant like reliance rupay card


I m using mainly for cashback in online sale will reliance rupay credit Card can be used for that?

and if you want to change card type call customer care, most of the cases they changes. but if deny then raise a closure request and tell to change card variant.

be care full to respond to their call. you may put some spends in cards reflecting as outstanding before raising closure request.
