FD based credit card suggestion

I have 2 lakhs of spare cash. I need an fd based credit card or cards.

Requirements:
1. My CIBIL is under 650 so I want to improve it.
2. I already have SBI cashback card which gives 5% online, axis ace card which gives 1.5% offline, SBI BPCL card which gives 7% on fuel, HDFC Swiggy card which gives 10% on food and groceries, Amazonpay icici which gives 2% on bill payments, rupay card for upi. So is there any fd backed card which gives better cashback than the above cards.
3. I want to use this fd card history to upgrade to better premium cards in the future.
4. Preferably LTF cards.

Why it so, your CIBIL is 650 ??

I also want an IDFC or ICICI card secured card with similar limit. I do have a some spend, and can opt NO cost emi and discount with it. which card will be good and fast processing?

I already have IDFC Earn, but I started with smaller limit, with only virtual card. I need a physical card. Either I have to ask for upgradation on the same card, or apply for another card with another FD.
