I had one card in the past. The card is closed few months back. No other relationship.

Did you find a fix for this ? even i am facing the same issue. I had a jupiter account 2 yrs back which was auto closed due to minimum KYC
I had to visit the branch to get the kyc done. There was no other solution provided to me by CS. Post kyc, the problem gets resolved.

Yes, I applied and the card was approved instantly. No need for any kyc.
Yes, without any documents. Just filled the required details and it was instant approval. Although I got the physical card in 20 days post approval.

Okay, thanks. I am experiencing the same error and I submitted my kyc documents online.
I plan to apply for a card within the next 2 days

Check the exact closure date. If it is actually in March, write an email to customer support that you are facing this issue. They will resolve it.

This is a typical problem with many banks
once ur cust ID is gen this type of issue comes into the picture
usually, they ask u to wait for 6 months
once reach out to their cc team they might help u but federal cs is not that great and the response is not that quick

hi i have a similar issue now , my jupiter account was closed with minimum kyc on feb 2024.Im getting same error whike applying Federal credit card.Do i need to do the same thing as you did? just go to nearest branch and update my KYC?
Eventhough the account is closed will they still help doing it?

That is sufficient, your KYC will be updated in 3 working days.
