Federal Bank Credit Card application error

Hi,

I am getting the following error while applying for the federal credit card. Whether anyone faced the same issue?
"kindly update your minimum KYC to full KYC in bank records to proceed with the credit card application."
 
Federal Bank is pathetic. I had the same issue where my first KYC was through Fi app that I closed.

Even after submitting multiple KYC online, the error won't resolve.

I had to visit nearest Federal Bank branch and fill KYC form along with self-attested proof. Then it was fixed in 3 days.

Hi i had similar issue and i uploaded my kyc documents here https://www.federalbank.co.in/kyc-notice
is it correct? does this works? becoz i dont have any nearest branch and have to travel 150km to get the nearest one

I am in the same boat, but I only have credit card with Federal Bank. The above link is asking for customer id, but how can I get the customer id without the app? It's not mentioned in the welcome letter too.

Anyone has idea on it?
