Last year, I got my Imperio card, but I haven’t received any LE (Limit Enhancement) offer since then. So, I emailed customer support to ask if I could get an LE, as it had been a year since I got my card. Surprisingly, within 24 hours, I received an email about both an LE and a card upgrade.

Can you share the email (removing personal details) and email id you sent? I have a similar case 2.9L limit Signet....

I hope you are doing well. I have been using my Federal Bank credit card since February, 2024 and I have maintained a good repayment history. However, I have not received any credit limit enhancement offer since I got my card, whereas I understand that the bank usually provides such offers every six months.

I would appreciate it if you could review my account and let me know about credit limit enhancement. If any further details or documents are required from my end, please let me know. Thank you very much.

Lot of congratulations on card upgrade, I am also stuck with imperio with 3 lakh limit.

Yes already dispatched but i couldn't received it on my communication address, so I emailed them to change my address to my permanent address and dispatch on it. Still waiting for the confirmation.
After confirmation for conversion, how many days they took to dispatch?
