Offer Fulfilled! Federal Card Upgraded from Imperio to Celesta

Last year, I got my Imperio card, but I haven’t received any LE (Limit Enhancement) offer since then. So, I emailed customer support to ask if I could get an LE, as it had been a year since I got my card. Surprisingly, within 24 hours, I received an email about both an LE and a card upgrade.

UPDATE on 22/03/2025

My statement generated today and to my surprise, they've added ₹3,000 + 540 (GST) as joining fee on LTF card.😵‍💫 I've already confirmed with the customer support and they said it's LTF for all customers after 03 April, 2023. I've raised a ticket for fees reversal. Will update it here.
