For me there was no office verification. There was only video kyc. Also my official address is not there in my cibil report. Funny thing is that there was no CIBIL hit too. They checked my Cibil score, I am sure because they matched the limit of the Celesta card to my hdfc millennia card. Maybe they did a soft enquiry 😁
