Completed vkyc for bob advantage savings account yesterday and account opened today.
1. Is virtual debit card totally free like sbi vdc? If so, can i keep only vdc without physical one?
2. Which variant card do they issue by default with this account?
3. How to customise net banking user id? It's frustrating to enter that default alphanumeric id every time.

It will work !!!
UPI registration doesn't needs ATM pin. And Virtual DC have Card No, Date Of Expiry & CVV which will enough for UPI registration.

Now you can use upi just by using Aadhaar card authentication, no need for DC.
