Fi account Freezed

My account with fi bank app Freezed
They have not provided any reason for this
Please help what to do
I have no big transactions
No transactions more than 1000
Most of transaction are between my own account
Is this any major issue

I got credit freeze for my account and I tried contacting them they only gave me one response to submit the necessary documents and unfreeze my account. But I chose to close my account rather than giving documents as there new debit card policy is chargeable,after 20 days of request to close no response from them I chose to contact via Twitter successfully closed the account.any balance will be transferred to your specified account

It's completely fine with freeze
Your money is safe
You don't have to worry



It's election time banks algorithm are ultra sensitive .keep that in mind too


Now coming to steps.

Did you talked to customer care !
Or bank official in branch or Twitter
Did they tell u reason for freeze.


U were doing same amount transaction ?
Or u were trying to make payment it got rejected
Or.u did wrong otp ? Etc etc
Or u missed verification call


Chill you will get it account back but it takes time
Probably 10-15 days ..or maybe less than 7 days

Do your kyc again, it would get unfreeze.

First write mail to CC
 
My brother was sending money to me there it showed that the account may be frozen or blocked. So I checked and then I got a mail . No chance to talk to customer care, because when I call there is just a recorded message of freeze. And call gets disconnected. No other customer care number. on chat they said issue is escalated . Nothing else.
I don't know what to do now.

If you can provide the documents find u can unfreeze it .
If you choose to not proceed giving them documents, close the fi account the option is present in settings
No need to worry as many PPL got there account either complete freeze or credit freeze.
And yes when you call to customer care you will get the automatic message to reply them via mail for sending documents

If it's full account visit branch if near .

So can I directly request them to close my account ? As you said you chose to close , then what steps you have taken after taking that decision to close ? And last what was their response and reply to you before contacting at tweeter bro
Please tell your story . I have no money in that account, if it remaina as it is and after some time they close it , it will be good option i think.
 
@Rajputana I would suggest you to close your account. Just mail them to close your account, be as much rude as possible. 😂
Don't entertain their stupid questionnaire or submit any documents.

The account is not worth keeping.

They had freezed my account too, for no reason at all. Most of my transactions were self transfers only and one fine day when I was sending money from my own bank account, the transaction got declined with a message that the recipient bank account is freezed or blocked.

I was also sending money from my own account to fi account. Same as yours. Aapka hua kya account close ? Kitna time lagega bhai ? Headache ho Gaya yeh , aapne bhi direct close karne bola tha kya ?
Plz help karte rahna Bhai ye close karne Tak.

Don’t be under stress bhai. Sab thik ho jaayega. Its not a big deal. Take care of your health.
