Fi account further devaluation

Fi just sent an email saying 5 points = ₹1 in case of cash redemption. This, after they clearly said that nothing will change with the change in coins to points.

They're constantly pulling such ****.

I redeemed 10k points to 2k cash but cash is not yet credited with fi.
