Received following reply from the customer care.

Please note that from September 2024, the reward processing time has been changed from the 5th to the 10th of every month. This has been done to process rewards efficiently. Please do not be worried; all the eligible rewards will be credited to your account by 10th.

Let's wait another 5 days.
