Filing Complaint Against BOB One Card – Which Entity to Select on RBI Portal?

How do I file a complaint against BOB One Card with the Banking Ombudsman? Since the card is issued by BOB Financial Solutions, should I select 'Bank of Baroda' ?

With OneCard, the banker is only acting as the lender. All other aspects of the card will be handled by FPL Technologies i.e. OneCard.
