Hey Folks,
After reading lot of post on this and other forums and watching a video of one yotube channel, and facing repeated rejection of upgrade request by HDFC, again I tried, and now finally HDFC upgraded my Tata Neu Plus Credit Card to Millennia, but the upgrade process took lot of time :-
On 18 Feb - I have mailed to 1st Level stating that i want to upgrade to millennia
On 19 Feb - replied came but again as they always say that 'co-branded card cannot be upgraded', but this time i have escalated to escalation department on same day,
On 20 Feb - They replied they are looking into it and will reply in 7 working days
On 21 Feb - They replied that "they will be able to review request for FYF Millennia" card and need consent, i had given the same, and now comes the long waiting time,
they have first given me date of 27 Feb, but on 27 Feb they have extended the date of resolution to 5 March, and again on 5 March they extended the date to
11 March, and then again they have extended the date to 14 March, now this time i have raised this issue to twitter handle of HDFC Bank and Grievance, but on
13 March, I was normally checking my credit card netbanking portal and i saw 0 available limit then i realised that card upgraded and then i also checked Tata Neu
App and there also showing that card is transferred to new variant and now i was sure card had been upgraded, and then on same day in the evening time, mail recevied -"your card has been upgraded and will reach in 7 working days" and today i have received my millennia card...
