Koi GST or extra todi krna hai. Unhone mna kr diya tha. Fir annual fee reverse hote hi. Jo extra payment tha vo payment kr diya. Fir next statment me late payment ke charges lga diye. Usko bhi call krke isko bhi waive off kra diye. But unhone mere cibil me report kr diya overdue payment ka. Jisse mera cibil 51 drop ho gya... Please koi help kr do.. @TechnoFino

First of all email axis and ask them to fix your issue, write your issue in detail, also attach the copy of your cibil report, mention control number in the email, you can found control number on cibil report.
If they dont fix the issue in some days, you know what to do, you'll be eligible for compensation as well.
