@Tejo Your post seems quite encouraging as compared to the usual posts stigmatising the whole process of seeking redressal.
I request you to please guide me I too am facing a similar situation with Flipkart forfeiting my hard earned money, Rs 30,000 and I escalated to Flipkart grievance team. They accepted and refunded only Rs9,999 but made excuses for the remaining amount saying that the Flipkart gift card was purchased using some other email id ( it was my relative's email ID and I have all the details of the gift card and the email ID including the password). I have never complained on the national consumer helpline or the consumer forum and am not very aware of their protocols and methods.
Any help would be much appreciated.
