Flipkart account blocked and wallet amount not refunded

As per this screenshot ,i may not my balance return ?
As per flipkart terms n condition yes
That’s why i asked tell us how many order you cancelled in number 10-20-50-100?

You may contact their senior team via another flipkart account
Raised a complain related to other order their team always call on your number you can tell them you have query realted to other flipkart account,see if this works

May be 20 cancellation out of 300 to 400 orders...

Sent mail to this email, as your account blocked, say them to unblock acc and refund money.

If they can't unblock ask them to refund equivalent amount to your bank ac.

If they didn't respond within 7 working days mail to RBI ombudsman as gift card is prepaid Instrument.

Hello @Tejo Your post seems quite encouraging as compared to the usual posts stigmatising the whole process of seeking redressal.

I request you to please guide me I too am facing a similar situation with Flipkart forfeiting my hard earned money, Rs 30,000 and I escalated to Flipkart grievance team. They accepted and refunded only Rs9,999 but made excuses for the remaining amount saying that the Flipkart gift card was purchased using some other email id ( it was my relative's email ID and I have all the details of the gift card and the email ID including the password). I have never complained on the national consumer helpline or the consumer forum and am not very aware of their protocols and methods.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Note: better to go via advocate who could follow up case, they will charge max 5% of the amount.

ask relative to forward those gift card mails to you ..... saying gift as re-confirmation.

ask flipkart grievance to justify, on what basis they rejected refund, ask them to refund with interest.
