Flipkart amount refund issue

Maine 2 oct ko transaction Kiya tha flipkart axis card se phir 3 Tarik ko cancelled kar diya 20,706 ka transaction tha uska refund aabhi tak nahi aaya hai flipkart bol raha hai bank se baat Karen ko axis bol raha hai amount hold pe hai kisi ke pass iska solution ho to bataye

Amount put on hold = unsettled trasaction = Reverse trasaction = vanishes from trasaction tab/statement = doesn't show in bill, but you get sms/email about reverse and the moment the amount is released by FK, your credit limit shoots up.

If something untoward has happened i.e. the credit limit is still stuck, one can take it up with the bank.
