Flipkart Axis debited cashback instead of credit

Hi All,

There is a discrepancy in the August month statement that I received, there was supposed to be the credit of cashback earned in the previous month which amounts to Rs. 2922 but instead, I got a debit like attached. How can cashback be credited is debited from the account?
Has anyone else faced this issue?

Axis is acting weird here. Was any excess paid earlier.

Nothing like that, even the available limit is 10k less than actuals as per my spending. This is unbelievable and there is nothing else in statement
