Don’t worry, you will soon get some kind of offer if not 80k offer in a few days, unless iPhone 16 pro is really out of stock…
Try changing delivery pincode and see if the stock and offer exist…

I think you didn't read the original post. I am not looking to buy right now. I've flagged the concern regarding discriminatory pricing by FK.

Discriminatory pricing if it happened and if you can prove it then it is wrong on the part of FK..
But I don’t know how we address this issue via complaint mechanism in India..
Sorry I can’t help you in this regard.. experienced people in this aspect might be able to help you..

Most of the people will complain. but every year record sales will be posted by FK, Amazon.
Unfortunately, we are victim of Dark Pattern.
No value of loyal customers. everyone wants new customer.

Okay. Thanks. I've got screenshots and Screen recording from mine and wifes account. I also have a call recording where i told the issue to flipkart agent and he confirmed different prices for different accounts.

HSAtlastradeFashion sells “cut” shoes —sole cut with a knife across, it seemed. Caught on unboxing video (the unboxing which is done by delivery executive). Missed it (entire shoe was pitch black and lighting was low) so had to raise the issue later. Flipkart customer care refused to even lodge a concern — on recorded call. They said since it was OTP based it is not Flipkart’s problem and asked me to contact seller and on the same call said they can’t help me when I asked for seller contact 😂

Then I raised it and they rejected. Did something else — rejected. After slightly over a month I was able to escalate and then they rejected saying — seller checked warehouse CCTV and they are satisfied it was packed in good condition. At this point you can imagine how it went.

It took 4 months for to finally get those shoes picked up and then another 10-15 days for refund.

That was Flipkart experience early this year — last Flipkart purchase being 4 years before that and before that another 4-5 years before that.

Do when I see that “iPhone 16 is not serviceable in my BLR city PIN code” I feel — maybe it’s blessing in disguise 😂

I've ordered TV from FK yesterday the delivery guy said too much traffic can't deliver. I guess seeing this I'm guessing it won't be delivered now 😑.

Okay. But they advertised the pricing for everyone. It should be their responsibility to be able to show the advertised prices to plus and black customers on the early access day.
The issue is purely due to technical glitch at their end which resulted in early access to some non plus members and No access to some black, plus members.

The one reason with your account showing normal price due to multiple iPhone order from the account. I guess this may be the reason.

Nope. I have mentioned that in previous big billion sales I was able to get the lowest price for almost every iPhone.

Here, My APrime 1499 voucher that came with HDFC Bizpower spend offer was expiring on Sep 25th so I activated it on Sep 21 and on Sep 22, order the product I needed i.e Samsung M36 5G mobile phone for brother as his previous POCO X4 Pro died on Sep 15 beyond repair as Motherboard burned out due to overheat and processor also died out completely.

I don't plan or look for these sales. Yes, during sale, if I find something that I can get at deep discount I buy i but don't look for items for which world is crazy. But again these deep discount items are factory faulted items i.e rejcted during inspection or returned items which are repacked.

As I always say, you end up spending more with such market gimmicks then savings. People spend every year on unnecessary things in life.

Unfortunately at Samsung website most phones are OOS so couldn't buy from there else till last year I always bought from Samsung directly. Gave me better discount then BBD/AGIF.

Try your luck during Big Diwali Sale.

I think you didn't read the whole thing or what I have written is not clear.

I know getting the lowest price is almost like lottery. I would like to clarify that I was mentally prepared that I might not get iPhone 16 pro at 75K. In that case I would have gone for iPhone 16 at 52K or even 53K as it was available for this price for almost 2-3 Hours.
But what hurts is that despite being a plus silver member the early access was not provided to me and many others.
Had they showed all users the advertised price of 75K for 1 minute and made it out off stock I would have not called it a scam.
