Flipkart sbi card

Flipkart sbi cc issued cashback done on Flipkart. But now they reverse cashback saying instant discount and cash back cannot be clubbed. Is anyone facing such issues.during the transaction Flipkart clearly mentioned 5% cashback i having evidence what to do next

Yeah they already mentioned it a year ago, you can't do anything
