They cancelled Nothing phone 1 256 gb variant..same story

now s22 shows dispatch date of 19th .& Delivery of 25th ..which also gonna get cancelled someday by Flipkart..

THE FUGGING fraud Flipkart .. Cancelled their pay later for good.
AMAZON ATLEAST take little extra in sale but deliver if they take order ..

And even being premium account of Flipkart these were Asking 40 rupee for every small order.fugging beggars
Typical Flopkart behaviour 😐

After 5-6 years I used flipkart during recent sale to order mobile for my mom and they delivered order on time. So it was good experience this time.

I stopped using it around 2017-18 due to their false commitments.

I prefer Amazon from that time & still do. Much better than flipkart.

Though flipkart mostly have better deals during sale but half of those deal orders gets canceled or at times delivery person misplace it. And their premium membership means nothing when dealing with their customer care.

here in my area Flipkart Delivery boy treat me like A Most previlgae person..
long back, 2017-18, I had opted for mobile exchange for an old iphone. The delivery agent who came, saw flawless phone and got tempted. He offered me 1K more on FK exchange price and said, sell directly to him 🙂

On the other hand, I received a broken decor item. Raised return request, pickup guy declined to pickup as its broken, even though company had return option on receiving broken item.

Behaviour of delivery agents is mostly driven how their immediate bosses and management is. Unfortunately, neither AMZ nor FK can control ground level actions and its causing them bad name

Amazon is the lesser evil. My experience with Amazon

1. Ordered a network switch, and got a different model. The product was non-returnable. Didn't raise a complaint. Filed an FIR then sent an email to their customer support with the PICs of the product and PIC of FIR. Received the refund on the call itself. Got to keep the old product.

2. Ordered a high-end PC cabinet (INR 8000 after a discount 6 months back, it had a 3-year warranty): After 3 months there was a minor issue with the cabinet, tried to get to manufactured (they are the top manufacturer in the PC world from Taiwan). A month of emails to and fro but no solution. I talked to Amazon about how can they list a product under warranty when the manufacturer is not honoring it. They took multiple complaints but it was slow, they asked to mail the CEO of the company and share all the screenshots. This time I was frustrated, I filed an FIR and attached everything they asked along with the FIR copy. Things went smoothly after. Got an instant refund of INR 8000. Now the catch was the cabinet's price had jumped to INR 15000. I told them straight up, I don't care, I won't pay a single penny extra. I escalated it. Got in writing that, if I were to order the same product; post return window I would receive the difference INR 7000 in my account. Received another refund of INR 7000. Saved INR 1000 via CC discount during Great Indian Festival. Got to keep both new and old cabinets. It was a three-month-long fight but F*#$ them. The lesson I learned: You can get a refund from Amazon even if it's out of the return window, and I mean 3 months out of the return window.

FIR was unnecessary but it sends a message along with my constant pressure to give everything in writing. They know this guy might go to consumer court and that way they kind of act fair in the process instead of trying to get rid of me.

Flipkart is chindi. It's not even worth fighting with them. Open Box Delivery at least gives a piece of mind when you actually receive a product. Everything before that is really opaque.

Edit: Don't ever rely on phone calls with support. Ask them to send emails of everything they spew out of their mouths. You will be surprised to see how quickly resolutions come just by asking them to send emails. Remember everything on mail, EVERYTHING.

FIR may be easy for you, for everyone, here Police not ready to file FIR for even my business related cases

I had same experience with amazon but it quite old - LENOVO was not providing warranty for product purchased from amazon (they mentioned that thing on their official web also) so amazon refunded for faulty tab after 4-5 month of purchase - but as I said, its quite old (around 8-10 years back)

Yes, I completely agree, FIR is not just difficult, but sometimes impossible for these scenarios. I was able to do it due to personal reasons (which is not right I know 🙁). But again FIR is just a catalyst, it would take 15-20 days extra but given that your case has merit, you are calm and keeping everything in writing they get cornered and eventually help the customer.

I got a same issue of different model witha wifi router..

We're in India so we'll consider Amazon.in & Flipkart.com only. Hence I said Amazon is better than Flipkart.

I know, we're all Indians, -- children of a lesser God. So how can we even expect the same world class service even from the Indian incarnation of the self-professed "World's most customer-centric company" ?!

But as long as we can find even worse competitors in India, we should find everything to be fine and dandy! Right!

View attachment 32482this one is being sold by TRUEcomretail . Aka Flipkart own ..

But this is also get cancelled in few days i have strong feeling
cancel the order.. i'm using s22 same storage as you have ordered the phone battery life is shit vs compare to my previous phone (oneplus 7 pro.. I'm aware it not fair though).. i got for 55k 256gb. and ram management with heating issue.. I'm have iPhone 13 256gb has my primary phone. and i also have somewhere to charge the phone.. s23 FE that too come with snap 8 gen 1 which is real culprit.. one reason to love is the form factor that why i went for these.. if you're ok with these flaw then take the delivery of s22.

Some people have the tendency to find fault in every good thing. Even in India's most Customer centric eCommerce platform & India's most Customer centric bank. Can't help it.
