Flipkart Transaction declined due to risk checks?

Trying to place an order in Flipkart using credit card, doesn't matter which credit card I'm using its showing this error Transaction declined due to risk checks. I tried using Axis Flipkart card as well same issue is coming but non of my cards r blocked or having less limits, they r working fine in every other platform.
Has anyone else faced this issue, whats the solution for this?
As card offer is there so I dont want to switch to other payment options.

Have you ordered items and returned them too frequently? This triggers a risk check in my pov. Can you try using a non credit payment option to see if the payment goes through?
Yes I do return items but those r worth small amounts like 500-1.5k, inspite of that I have made multiple good value purchases so it sudnt be an issue. return ratio might be <25% in terms of number of orders. Other payment modes might work but not useful to me as offer is only on credit cards.

Change the delivery address, that will work. Once order is placed, then again change the address to original one.
 
Most likely it is blocked. Even debit card, NetBanking, upi won't work. Lot of people r facing it recently probably due to multiple tries on gv purchases for paying via rupay cc.

Raise complaint to support. Only they can resolve it.

Look's its your Flipkart account issue, leave that account for few months & create new account..

Address change method will work. Tried myself and it worked. After placing order also, flipkart will allow us to change address (required one).
 
Thank you all of u guyz for the suggestions, it really seems my account issue, I tried to change the address keeping the number same but it didnt work, then I tried to change the number by writing the same address as new address and it worked. I agree my returns are more but its of less valuable products while my successful orders are of very high value compared to that, seems it doesnt matter to flipkart, I need to be extra cautious in placing clothing from flipkart now onwards, that's the section where more returns happen due to size and fitting issues.
 
Initially they gave no questions asked returns but people abused it like buy and use it for few hours of photo shoot, then return. The system had to penalize everyone eventually. Classic case of OBGM
Yes I totally understand some people abuse the facility but there r many for whom standard size clothing items dont fit, so try out is the only option in that case, different brands have different sizes and measurement details are not correct in most of the products, so replace to retry or return it at the end , is the only option left for us. They can levy return/replacement fees to those users rather than simply restricting the account, or else they can issue a public notification before implementing this so that people will be extra careful. That's called being customer friendly but it seems its costing them money. Its a learning for me, I'll avoid such items where I have little doubt of returns, its better than missing good offers on other products

All are valid points. That's why for clothing we have to go offline, despite lucrative offers on ecoms.
Because of few abusers , all of us have to bear the cross.

If you have to return something frequently
You should do it from a secondary account (different mobile+email), or use multiple accounts in family. Don't do it from a single account frequently.

Besides try to check the size chart carefully before ordering
