If you have an IDFC card, you can check mcc via app without having to call anyone.
You can also do small transaction to know the code if the CC rep is unable to provide that info.
Useful for cards that give mcc specific discounts (Like HSBC cashback gives 10% on grocery/food mcc).

Via idfc app, go to the transaction>download receipt>review description for mcc

Try SBI CB, you will get 5% CB
Swiggy - Merchant Name matters either 5% or 1%.

For the Flipkart card, its cashback. Gets credited usually in 90 days though they say within 120 days. Up to 5 percent. with a cap of 1000

Flipkart is charging a lot (Rs 50 to 100) per order as delivery charges - even in Hyderabad. And, taking 2-3 days to deliver.

When others like Zepto, BlinkIt, JioMart, Swiggy Instamart and even Amazon is taking only few minutes to deliver - in Hyderabad and even in Tirupati - I see Flipkart's charges n service is horrible.

UNINSTALLED FLIPKART. Good riddance.

Yes. Also, you should be able to purchase both in the same order and still use your Supercoins for discount. So, effectively, buying the membership for free.

you will get 5% cb on flipkart axis for sure. You dont need to worry about the Merchant name if its flipkart axis card.

Sometimes they give 1% due to a different merchant name, just drop an email to Axis or call the CC, they will add the additional 4%. Happened with me twice, they have credited the 4% without any follow-up after raising the complaint.

you will get 5% cb on flipkart axis for sure. You dont need to worry about the Merchant name if its flipkart axis card.

I got 1% cb last year on flipkart axis for the merchant name Wlep*Flipkart.I had to raise complaint to axis pno to get the additional 4% cb.
