Flipkart has forfeited my hard earned money - Rs20,000 and inspite of multiple complaints to their grievance team, they haven't refunded my money.
A gist of my horrific experience with Flipkart is:
Flipkart cancelled an iPhone order that I had placed last year. The payment was getting debited from my end but it would get refunded in few seconds. I spoke to the customer care - they asked me to retry. I had them on call and they made me retry the payment atleast four to five times. The next thing I know - MY FLIPKART PLUS ACCOUNT GETS BLOCKED. My wallet had around Rs30000 - WHICH THEY FORFEITED. After hours of EMAILS, CALLS, ARGUMENTS, ESCALATIONS - THEY REFUNDED merely Rs 9,999.
My Flipkart wallet money, Rs 20,000 is STILL WITH THEM which they refuse to return saying the account is blocked and also, that the voucher was purchased using some other email id (it was my relative's email id and I have ALL the details of the voucher, transaction, password etc.)
I have read extensively on Technofino how many of you managed to take a stand against the illegal practices of such corporates and could claim your rightful money back - COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME as to how you did it and if you have any suggestions/ advice for me too?
