I do not want every Tom, Dick n Harry to have all details of my bank accounts. More so, when they know nothing about banking n with very little knowledge or experience in InfoTech.

More like the second one. It uses the AA - Finvu to fetch transaction details from banks and lets you categorise them. Credit card tracking is also supposedly coming soon but I'm not sure how that will be implemented.
