Forex card for repeated transactions on a merchant

Hi, I'm looking for a credit/debit card that lets you do repeated forex transactions one after the other without the bank declining the transactions after a certain number like 5-10. Also low forex charges are a priority like 0-1%.

I've tried Fi debit card and OneCard but both decline all transactions after 5-10 transactions.
