Forgot to cancel magnus credit card

Now it's showing annual fees in unbilled amount. Can i ask them to cancel the card and reverse the fees?

Mine was charged on 19th nov 2022 last time.
This time added on 16th nov 2023.

@gabu When was your card issued first ? That will help in understanding exactly when they levy the annual fees.

It was delivered around 19 nov 2022, that's what the tracking mail is showing coz axis sent email late.

Also guys my card is finally closed and was not showing in app itself. And finally I recd the email from axis about card being closed and that I have to pay my due(if any) and same is showing nil in pdf.
So happy with overall experience.
Boarding the Atlas card now.....
