Frantic Calling by SBI Card Customer Care

Few months ago I got SBI Cashback card. So far SBI Cashback card is giving good cashback.
Major issue is their customer care - every day (including weekends) they call at least 6 to 7 times to convert my transcations into EMIs.
I have to purchase Truecaller premium subscription to block frantic calls from SBI Customer care.
Despite of blocking they keep calling every day at least 5 to 10 times.
I have written to SBI customer 5 times to stop calling but no chnage whatsoever.

Have anyone able to solve this issue?

Install DND app and report it. Also Fully block all numbers using DND. This reduces promotional calls. I rarely get calls from Banks after I started reporting.

Poor me . Rejected for cashback card even after holding simply save cos of negative pincode reason. Not even getting verification call from sbi card
