how do we register their numbers? this is possible without otp?

even without otp they take to their marketing database .
hdfc ulip doesn't ask otp and says they will contact on mobile.

I meant those marketing guys, who give some forms to fill for luck y draw etc. Many times its hard , as they don't give bill unless one gives mob number.

I sms/whatsapp b0mb@rd them . Just google sms / whats app b o mb.

Biggest revenge will be on sbi or any cc customer support handles, post their numbers asking some credit limit enhance or some credit card, other scammers lurking for these literally devour them with hell lot of spam calls.

I have once even gave an earful to one of the lucky draw form gal at a mall but turned out she does not have any idea who is working and what the numbers are used for they just do it make some quick money...but this idea of revenge is great just keep the spammers busy among themselves 😂

Some of these fraud numbers don't have incoming enabled. Not sure how these scammers are scamming telecoms to get all such facilities.
