what these apps do.....come out with offers for 100-200 rs...ask you to install the app and pay with upi...now paying with upi wont work unless you give them sms access permission initially for setting up....they scoop up all your sms data and give you few bucks for it....and you are happy that you sold your sms data for few bucks...enjoy!!...some even go ahead and ask for contacts/location/other permission...and some "noobs" do give it as well...
