It is not a hack or such. It is a plain offer from Visa and hence ideally should be part of the general forum.
I'm not concerned about if it is a hack or such, more like in less than 12 hours of it being posted here, it is now also being discussed in the general forum as well. Unless they sent out a newsletter or some notification.
I claimed 2 codes yesterday night and 2 codes today morning around 8:35. Keep checking it may work sometimes.

I tried my ICICI - Saphhiro and BOB Premier and both are on VISA Signature but it didint work
