They seem to have changed the page layout. Click on I have a gift code and then enter the code, then it should work

The next page under phone number, there is option to add voucher.
Add the Voucher and click join now.
The new voucher will get added to your account

I tried this 4 days ago and it worked for me. That was my 3rd voucher.
